The Free and Fair Election Foundation of Afghanistan (FEFA), as an independent organization
working to enhance the transparency and accountability of the electoral process, launched the “Monitoring Campaign Finance in the 2010 Wolesi Jirga Elections” project with the support of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES). The purpose of this report is to present FEFA’s monitoring findings, which have been used to develop cogent recommendations for campaign finance reform.
